The linen such as pillowcases, sheets, tablecloths, will go to the ironing department, where it will be introduced into the ironing lines at temperatures between 175 and 190 ° C, to iron the linen and carry out a further sanitization of the same, reducing any possible residue bacterial.
On the other hand, linen such as terry towels will be dried in special machines, with a temperature between 100 and 110 ° C, also for two purposes, to eliminate bacterial residue and dry the garments.
In both phases, the garments will be viewed one by one, thus eliminating failed garments or ones that do not conform to the standards we have set, and therefore carried over to the washing phases.
At this point the garments will all be folded by our equipment and ready to be introduced in the final stage of packaging
